- Regional Role Based in Singapore
Our client is a global private markets investment group with more than 15 offices worldwide. A strong advocate of long term and responsible practices and ownership, they seek to hire a Head of Documentation to be based in Singapore.
As the contact point for documentation with external stakeholders, clients, auditors and depositories, you will ensure complete and reliable filing of documents across the business platform and with a clear focus on investment-related documents. A structured and methodical thinker, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to the filing of investment documents in connection with the Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Debt investments. Additionally, you will assess and actively contribute to the development of best practices to ensure global compliance to processes.
A good university degree with at least 8-10 years of documentation management experience will put you in good stead for this role. You are a self-starter with team and solid project management skills. Meticulous with an eye for detail you are solutions-oriented armed with the general understanding of investment-related structures, KYC and AML. Above all, you have strong interpersonal and presentation skills. You are highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong team-player mentality and the gravitas and confidence to work within a fast-moving environment and deal with your internal and external stakeholders. Some travel will be required for this role.
